Had a lovely time at this place! We enjoyed relaxing in the garden by the lovely flowers and feeding the local birds while sipping tea. Just a small hiccup with needing to pay upfront upon check-in, but overall, I definitely recommend it for a chill getaway. 😊

Stunning location and friendly vibe!
Just spent a week here and wow, what a spot! The views of the water are unreal, and the staff is super nice—shoutout to Vlad for being so chill at check-in. Breakfast had loads of options, but I found the evening menu a bit too chip-heavy for my taste. Totally worth it, though.

Immaculately clean small double with stunning views over Catbells and the lake. A unique touch is the stream at the bottom of the garden, complete with ducks and a bridge leading directly to the jetty, making it a perfect starting point for lakeside walks.
Room 17's external bathroom situation is quite awkward and not very convenient. Connectivity issues persist with poor Wi-Fi and zero phone signal in certain rooms, and little details like more tea bags or complimentary water would elevate the experience. While dinner options shine, breakfast was a bit hit or miss, with some items served cold.
